My Greatest Accomplishment
I think my greatest accomplishment isn’t just one event. It’s the journey of constantly learning and adapting. From starting two of my own businesses straight out of college — a full-service artist management company (while living in Millenium Hall) and later, an independent record label in partnership with Sony Music — to launching an impactful accelerator program at TIDAL, every step has been about embracing challenges and growing from them. It’s not just about what I’ve done, but who I’ve become in the process: someone who believes deeply in the power of music and the potential of every artist.
How Drexel Helped Me
Drexel wasn’t just about getting a degree; it was about real-world education. Drexel taught me to think on my feet, to be resourceful and to value every connection and opportunity. What I learned outside the classroom — teamwork, leadership, resilience — these are the things that really stayed with me. Drexel was more than a university; it was the launching pad for my career and my dreams.
Where I Hope to Be in Five Years
I’d love to make a tangible difference in the music world, not just through business success but by genuinely helping creators grow. I want to keep pushing boundaries, keep learning, and maybe find a bit more balance between work and life. More than anything, I want to look back and know that I’ve stayed true to my values and helped others do the same.
How I Pay It Forward
Paying it forward is all about the little things for me. It’s taking the time to connect with emerging artists and professionals, offering advice to a budding entrepreneur or just sharing my own stories — the good and the not-so-good. I believe we all have something to learn from each other, and if I can help someone take even a small step forward in their career, then that’s a win in my book.
