My Greatest Accomplishment
One of my accomplishments is advancing health care innovation in both industry and academia. As a leader in a medical device company, I focus on developing and delivering innovative medical technologies and devices to enhance diagnosis, treatment, and ultimately, improve patient outcomes. Stedical has won awards as a top wound care solution provider, and products I helped develop and manage have earned recognition from the International Society for Burn Injuries and key opinion leaders in the industry. Along the way, I have fostered collaborations with universities and actively engaged in cutting-edge research to discover groundbreaking technologies that could further benefit the health care industry and impact patient care. In both roles, I enjoy mentoring engineers and students to inspire their critical thinking as well as guide their career development and research endeavors. I am proud to play a role in establishing a robust connection between industry and academia.

Throughout my doctoral studies, I acquired extensive research experience and skills, such as critical thinking, problem solving and project management. I also formed a habit of continuous learning.
Where I Hope to Be in Five Years
I hope to establish my own medical device company and develop products that enhance the quality of life of patients around the world.
How I Pay It Forward
By teaching in universities and providing mentorship to college students. I have worked at some of the leading medical device companies, and by sharing insights and experience on industry practices, I can help students bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical applications.
