My Greatest Accomplishment:
It’s no secret that I would not be where I am today without the wonderful people with whom I have built relationships. My greatest accomplishment doesn’t come down to one single thing, rather it encompasses the connections I have maintained with friends, peers, mentors, professors and employers over the past few years. I am grateful to have a strong network and support system, and I owe the people in my life credit for every success.
How Drexel Helped Me:
Balancing coursework on top of a choral scholarship, honors requirements, a club sport and a part-time job seriously sharpened my time-management skills. In addition, my co-op gave me early access into the design industry and provided mentors that I wouldn’t have had elsewhere. Drexel helped kick-start my career and gave me the professional skills to succeed in the design industry.
Where I Hope to Be in Five Years:
Continuing to create in all aspects of my life, surrounded by talented people who share similar values. Professionally, I hope to become a creative director and continue to push myself and others to consistently improve our craft. Personally, I hope to finally have our house projects in Fishtown finished!
The Change I Would Most Like to See in the World:
My greatest concern is with the environmental and economic hardships we are facing in the near future. I would like to see my generation achieve the same level of economic security that previous generations have had. Climate change is occurring rapidly, and I sincerely hope to see major corporations step up and take responsibility to preserve our planet and create renewable resources for future generations.
